Just for a new addendum on this string; had the same issue with my 2009 DN-01 - it all came down to fowled plugs as well. Put new ones in and it fired right up and stayed steady at idle; used copper Autolite 4303's instead of iridium NGK's, because that's all I could find at my local auto store...
