Front tires

Well after 9,000 miles this year, I'm looking for tires and it seems that the OEM ones are discontinued.

Has anyone had any recent luck in acquiring tires that fit? if I find a front that fits, then there isn't a rear that fits in the same set.

I have had the 120/70-17 bridgestone fitted to the front and a 150/90-17 bridgestone to the rear so far I have done nearly 2k miles with no steering shake issues. the balance feels better also.

150/90-17 do you mean maybe: 190/50-17 ? :)

Tnx Rus, I was hoping somebody will post some good german tires, current Dunlop ones are total bs!
In previous bike I had Heidenau tires best of best, also German Made.

Well, Metzeler is probably good but too pri$$$ey here. I'm talking about ME880. $350 for both. No, thanks.

I will look in winter time, where and what, as I know two very good dealers here, just to find non slippery and long lasting, this is my goal.

Front or Rear tire application ??

I came across this - on Amazon.com - a 130/90-17" tire that is "suitable for front or rear application"

What are all your thoughts on this?
