Where to find hft filter?

In motorcycle? Under right footpeg. Or for sale? I always buy a few when I buy something from Partzilla, Impex Japan or Lingshondaparts.

The actual filter and where it can be purchased. Previously when changing these several years ago I had no problem ordering some. Can't seem to find a supplier that even knows what they are.
