Ah yes, I forgot to say... I only use automatic mode... I noticed today it happens only if I am speeding and then shift to S mode, not if throttle is on zero while changing to S mode.
Mine has a noticeable downshift at around 115 km/h and at around 85 km/h. Seems like this is normal for this...
I was travelling yesterday for many hours on a very hot day and noticed this for the first time since I ride this bike...
...when I switched to SPORT MODE at about 100-110 km/h it went into strange high turns for 1-2 seconds, it sounded like you would shift it from 5th to 2nd gear instead into...
Style 1 smoked looks the best! I made my own 3D parts to mount it on top of original windshield.

I hope someone will answer my questions above ;)
I have a crazy idea... what about adding the left hand brake and keep the foot brake as well? I am thinking to machine a T junction to run both tubes together to the brake... would that be possible?
Hi everyone,
I’m also planning to convert the rear brake of my DN-01 from the foot pedal to a left-hand lever setup.
I’ve read through this thread and it has been very helpful, especially the Silverwing and Burgman donor ideas.
I have a few specific questions for those who have already done...
I made a hole with a hammer and iron spike... around 7mm wide. It gives it a bit of a serious rev sound now. The Taiwanese exhaust still sounds better from the video, more lower bass sound but this is also a nice improvement if you do not like the stock sound.
The inner barrier inside the pipe hole is far inside, about 20cm for sure.... I have some 7-10mm drills that would reach.
Why do you say, you would not do it today?
The highest speed I tested it so far was a bit over 150km/h. It works great! No pressure to the body anymore. It goes right to the top of the helmet. I plan to make a new 3D design to get the wind over the helmet which will be perfect. It needs a bit more vertical angle.
