For my Top Case (GIVI V46 monokey), I utilized the Kijimi rack (see pics).
It seems very elegant and sturdy. It top portion is chrome with nice steel brackets mounted to the frame under the seat.
Unlike the GIVI mounting brackets, the Kijimi rack does not visually interfere with the tail light.
In my case, it was imported from Japan around 2011... not sure about present day availability and vendors.
I utilized a Monolkey mounting plate made for Suzuki SV650
