Brake discs/rotors

So, because both of my front brake rotors are worn, I`m searching for the replacement (cheapest possible, of course). eBay says that EBC MD1008 fits DN-01, but the ebc official catalog says "TBA" on both front and rear discs. I don`t know what it means...
Anyway, the parts numbers of OEM details are 45120-MEH-003 and 45220-MEH-003 but I don`t really like the price.

Info about rear is welcome too.

Front disc outer diameter - 296 mm x 4
Rear disc outer diameter - 276 x 6mm
Brake discs are suitable from the CBF in 1000, CBF 600, CBR 250, CBR 300
We need to find a replacement

Arriving late into the party, but regarding rotors, I've had the case where a Suzuki rotor was shared with no other bikes according to the parts lists... but it was just because it was painted gold ! The exact same rotor painted in black was widely available on other bikes. I suspect it could be the same with th DN-01. I was with a friend who owns a CBF600 on Saturday and his rotors looked just like mine - but they were painted black !
