Factory DN-01 passenger backrest

Hi all
My bike came with the honda passenger back rest but my partner/pillion doesn't like it so I will be removing it so I was wondering if anyone was interested in buying it or trading it for a givi rack

Just got bike back and had a look. it looks like you have to drill holes in the rear cowl price wise looking for around £160
