AS an update I received the ecu back it was sent to Ostan. Total cost was $450 (I supplied two new honda keys - from the guy I bought it off) took about a week - no issues - good communication. If you needed the keys as well it would obviously be more and I think you would be in the same ballpark as buying a second hand barrel/key set with all the other locks like the fuel flap etc.
So I have cleaned out the tank and fuel pump, flushed the lines, cleaned the injectors and it fired straight up! Runs really well. Took it for a scoot around the back yard. Must have grabbed for the clutch 20 times
Now to figure out what to do with it.
