poor idling dn01 plug caps changed

HI,
My wife owns a dn01 trike and its starting to run rough and stall at idle, also if you use the throttle just of the stop it will run even rougher and tries to stall,very difficult in slow riding situations, the plug caps have been changed for a third time and the ecu reset, still no joy, has anyone come across this issue before?

And don't use pressure wash to yours bike engine. Mine seems don't like it at all. But I still think it could be:
