Switched power connection point for GPS, etc.

Good Afternoon! Could you suggest a switched power connection point? I just picked up '08 that came with Tomtom GPS installed, however, it is connected directly to the battery which is no good. Thanks.
 
Besorge Dir einen Stromdieb damit direkt an den Sicherungskasten und haste sofort eine Plusleitung
Masse Holst Du Dir vom Rahmen nimm eine Sicherung die nicht so wichtig ist z.b. Nummernschild Beleuchtung kannst später alles zurückbauenScreenshot_20251221-161859.webp
 
Hello. I am using the accessory plug under the left cowling for switched connection to my Garmin GPS.
When the ignition is on the Garmin comes on, when the ignition is off the Garmin turns off (after 15 seconds).
I searched my records for the plug part number (no joy). Maybe somebody on the forum has the part number for accessory harness/plug

I've got the same problem with my Garmin, I simply have to turn the switch off on the Garmin GPS or better, to avoid stealing, remove the Garmin CPG vron the holding device... But I don't know about Tomtom GPS, maybe one of these 2 solutions could help You.
