How can I get in contact with the Taiwanese guy? This one sounds awesome!

Or how do I mod the original one... by drilling it. Anyone?

Yes, that's right. The hole(s) (it may have only been just one - I did this a long time ago) are/is only 5mm , It makes a small difference, not intrusive at all. Worth it? Probably not. However, the best improvement sound-wise was replacing the standard air filter with a K&N filter - a really good roar from the intake when in manual mode in 3rd or 4th on full throttle! Not for everyone, though, especially riding in dusty environments

Where should I drill? On the B area or inside the A?

Inside the outlet hole "A" straight through to the first piece of resistance. I don't know how the internals actually go together, or whether age may make the baffle more delicate and it may break up using a hammer and spike, but drilling may be safer for maintaining the integrity whilst allowing a little more sound through. I myself perhaps wouldn't do it today, though.

The inner barrier inside the pipe hole is far inside, about 20cm for sure.... I have some 7-10mm drills that would reach.

Why do you say, you would not do it today?
 
If you can drill through the inner baffle, then give it a go. I don't have a drill that long. When I did it, I used a long spike and a hammer, not thinking back then that the baffle may break from being hit hard It did not break), so for that reason I myself would not do it today. However, drilling would not exert the same pressure, so should be OK.
 
I made a hole with a hammer and iron spike... around 7mm wide. It gives it a bit of a serious rev sound now. The Taiwanese exhaust still sounds better from the video, more lower bass sound but this is also a nice improvement if you do not like the stock sound.
