Looking for a part

I have been searching for a part name & #. The black plastic part around the instruments. In pictures when trying to order the part it looks like the meter panel but its hard to identify.

Kelly, as best as I can figure it, it seems to me to be the cover for the combination meter. So at a guest I would call it , Combination Meter Cover.
Sorry that is a close as I can get to it.

or the part behind the meter assembly? CASE ASSY. (LOWER) 37103-MEH-003 ?

Try bike bandit they have blow ups of the parts for the bike I just ordered the left side panel for the bike PS they are genuine Honda Parts from the factory. I have used them before very quick Delv.
