I put the GIVI windscreen on my bike that came with it when I purchase it last year. When we had the plastic off up front we found the start of a nice little mouse house siting under the plastic. Cleaned everything up, looked for signs of other areas, but all was clear.
Fast forward two weeks later. Last Monday I finally had a day where I didn't have to bring a lot of stuff into work, so I was planning on riding the motorcycle. Popped the seat to put the insurance card in and hang the soft bags. Straw and paper everywhere!
This is what I found under the seat, paper was from the owners manual.
Had to take the back plastic off to clean the rest of it off.
Darn mice love my DN-01. Checked all wires, noting chewed and bike runs fine. It is stored in a garage with no signs of any rodents anywhere else. Go figure.
