hi all, i,ve just picked up my 08 dn-01 and took it for a run and i have to say what fun it is. however the question is this: is the fan supposed to run when you stop all the time or not? as it seems to start after about 15 mins of riding in traffic and also when i stop n get home. is this normal or not. i dont wanna take it back if its normal lol. the levels seems to be where they are.

p.s how you supposed to get to the water tank to fill if needed

Pretty normal to have the fan come on especially in traffic and more so in warmer weather. I was out today and it's not particular warm here now and had it idling for a while and the fan came on. Nothing to worry about i should think. I've done around 20K and it's always been a feature of the bike.


As for topping up water levels, I don't know as I never bother to between services. Do you have a manual for it?
